Returns and refunds
Cookie cutters, embossing stamps and other cake decorating tools
If you change your mind, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please email us at loughernecakes@gmail.com before sending anything back, so we can give you the return address.
- Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Personalised or custom-made items
Items made to your own design or personalised for you can't be returned for a change of mind, but they are still covered if they are faulty.
Digital downloads (such as recipes)
Because digital products are delivered straight away, they can't be returned or refunded once the download link has been sent, unless the file is faulty. If you have any trouble with a download, just email us and we'll help.
Cakes, deposits and masterclasses
Cakes are perishable and made to order, so they can't be returned. Cake orders, deposits and masterclass bookings are covered by the terms agreed when you book with us. If there's ever a problem with your cake, please contact us as soon as possible.
