Our Christmas 2026 collection is here: over 40 cookie cutters with matching embossing stamps, designed and 3D printed here in Co. Fermanagh. Stamp it, cut it, bake it, and every biscuit comes out looking like it came from a bakery.

How to use your cutter & stamp
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking parchment or a Teflon baking mat (a Teflon mat works best). There's no need to add extra flour, so the dough stays soft.
- Peel off the top sheet and lightly dust the surface with flour.
- Press the stamp in firmly and evenly, then lift it straight up.
- Cut around the pattern with the matching cutter.
- Take away the leftover dough, leaving the biscuits on the parchment.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake.

This collection is a collaboration with our sister company, The Cake Printing Studio, where Chris and I bring our designs to life, turning ideas on paper into sturdy, useful tools that make beautiful biscuits easy for everyone.
We're from Latvia, and Christmas is the time when all our childhood memories come flooding back: gingerbread baking in the kitchen, flour on every surface, and the old patterns knitted into mittens and woven into belts. So we've added a little piece of home to this collection: traditional Latvian signs like Auseklis, the morning star, Saule, the sun, and Ūsiņš, the bringer of light and spring. For generations they've stood for light, luck and protection, and we love the thought of them finding their way onto your Christmas table too.
