This intense masterclass covers all essential skills and recipes needed to bake, decorate and sell your produce at professional level.
To promote effective learning and personalized attention, we keep our class sizes small. This way, you'll have ample opportunities to ask questions, seek clarification, and connect with fellow baking enthusiasts.
You will learn baking fundamentals, buttercreams, ganaches, cake fillings. (including cupcakes, bento), sweet treats like chocolate truffles, french macarons, cakesickles, chocolate etc.
You will start to learn basics of sugar and wafer flowers.
As your course work you will bake, ganache, ice and decorated 3 tier cake.
For selling your produce, we will cover all aspects of setting up your business, food safety, pricing, finding your clients, branding, setting up your FB and IG accounts, making reels and stories. There will be some homeworks to do too, to be sure you understand what to do.
We also cover food photography, packaging, stationary.
Class will be running during April/May/June 2024 on Saturdays and Sundays.
