Baiba is a phenomenal baker, an incredible artist and the loveliest person. We went to the cake tasting and honestly almost ended up with a twelve tier cake because every single flavour was heaven. We ended up choosing a four tier cake - Salted caramel, White Chocolate and Raspberry, Chocolate, and Lemon. All tiers were absolutely divine and our guests LOVED it.
The look of the cake really blew us away though. We had asked for a very whimsy style with texture and green colour and oh my gosh Baiba delivered all of that and more. We've attached a picture but honestly it doesn't do justice to how stunning this cake was.
Thank you so much again Baiba you were wonderful and the wedding cake was so bespoke to our style and personality. You're a genius!

Baiba is just an absolute sweetheart not to mention her cakes are delectable. We had a destination wedding, so we worked with Baiba from afar, but she made all our sweets dreams come true! She prepared a little sampler box for us to pickup when we arrived so that we could make our final selections for the wedding. It was so hard to pick the flavors because each one was divine! Amazing wedding cake! We booked Baiba to provide our wedding cake based on photos online only, as we were organizing our wedding from Australia. Baiba was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and needs, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We have to say that the cake was simply superb, and our guests were blown away by how well done it was! It was a work of art. We served the cake as dessert, and it was so delicious there was virtually nothing left for us to take home! We would highly recommend Baiba and Lough Erne Cakes to anyone looking for a special cake.
